
Man Accused of Breaking Into Miley Cyrus' Home Is Convicted of Trespassing

On September 8, 40-year-old Jason Luis Rivera jumped the fence surrounding Miley Cyrus' house with an apple and a pair of scissors, claiming to be the singer's husband.
Employees at Miley's house had previously told the crazed fan that the she was not home, and then called 911 after hearing noises that sounded like he was trying to break through a wall, police said.

E! News reports the intruder was convicted yesterday of trespassing and resisting arrest. He has been in jail since the incident took place arrest with a $100,00 bond and he will be sentenced later today.
