Matthew Fox was busted on May 4 on a charge of driving under the influence, but at the time, the local jail's camera was broken and, alas, no mugshot was taken.

Well, according to E! News, the 45-year-old returned to the Deschutes County Adult Jail in Bend, Ore., last week to have his photo taken. He lives in Bend with his wife and two kids.

After Matthew pleaded no contest, he was ordered to complete a court-mandated treatment program and cannot drink alcohol for one year.
This isn't the former Lost star's first brush with the law. Last August he made headlines after allegedly punching a bus driver in the chest and stomach area after being told to leave the bus, but the charges were later dropped.
