Harrods Charles Stephens 2013 Annual Bear is the lucky plush toy to get a first glimpse of the new parents and the royal heir. Outfitted in a pin-stripe vest, white collar shirt, snappy red tie and matching pocket square, William reportedly purchased the momento several weeks ago at the popular London department store. For a little history, the name Charles Stephens comes from the architect who rebuilt the store after a destructive fire in 1883.
