Megan Fox is officially out of Transformers 3, but she wants to make one thing clear: She wasn't fired. She chose to leave.

A rep for Megan told Access Hollywood that the actress decided to leave.
“Megan Fox will not be starring in Transformers 3,” the rep said. “It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.”
A source at Paramount told Access that in order to progress Shia LaBeouf's character in the third film it would be better if he doesn't have a love interest (which Megan played).
Megan's decision to leave comes just months after news emerged of her argument with director Michael Bay and some crew members.

In an interview with Wonderland magazine, Megan compared Michael to Hitler and Napoleon.
“He’s like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous-mad-man reputation,” Megan said.
“He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is,” she added. “So he’s a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he’s not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he’s so awkward, so hopelessly awkward.”

Following the interview, crew members of Transformers posted a letter on the director's site speaking out against Megan, calling her "the grump of the set" and "thankless, classless, graceless and unfriendly."
After the letter was taken down, Michael commented on the situation on his site.
“I don’t condone the crew letter to Megan. And I don’t condone Megan’s outlandish quotes,” Michael wrote. “But her crazy quips are part of her crazy charm. The fact of the matter is that I still love working with her, and I know we still get along. I even expect more crazy quotes from her on Transformers 3.”
Well, probably not from Megan anymore, but maybe from Shia!
