Getting more complicated by the minute, Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva’s custody feud has reached a new peak as the actor tries to have his ex-girlfriend cited for contempt.
Mel filed new paperwork in the ex-couple’s legal battle asking their judge to hold the new mom on the grounds of contempt for leaking private audio recordings, according to TMZ.

The tapes reveal an apparent argument between the two where Mel goes off on a very inappropriate rant against Oksana.

The Lethal Weapon star has also filed papers to approve a search of Oksana’s phone and computer for proof that she sold the recordings.

In the meantime, the 54-year-old’s agency, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, has dropped the actor from their roster, TMZ reports.
Mel and Oksana have one child together, a daughter, Lucia.
