Since she became known as the "sexy secretary" on Mad Men, Christina Hendricks tells Harper's Bazaar she has become an idol and obsession for curvy women.

Men go mad for the Mad Men star, but women may actually love Christina even more!
"Women hit on me," Christina says in the new November issue of Harper's Bazaar. "My husband Geoffrey Arend thinks it's so odd that so many women hit on me."
And gay men love Christina as well!
"They say to me, 'Well, I'm not straight, but if I was…' I think it's so flattering," Christina explains.

But the fame Christina has achieved for her body was completely unexpected to the star.
"When the attention started to be about my figure, I was surprised, because it wasn't something I was focused on," she says. "And then it became very positive, and people were saying very nice things."

Christina was out on a date with her hubby during the first season of Mad Men and a fan approached her said, "'Excuse me, I just want to tell you that I watch your show, and you make me feel better about myself. I am a curvy woman, and you've made me feel sexy and beautiful.' I got teary eyed." Christina recalls. "I remember Geoffrey saying, 'That's what you're doing for people. That's amazing.' And I said, 'I'm just trying to be a good actress and trying to tell a story, but if this is the sidebar, all this positivity, then that is awesome.' "
