Cameron pleaded guilty in January to dealing large quantities of methamphetamine and cocaine, which usually means a minimum of 10 years behind bars. But, today he received five, TMZ reports.

Michael and Diandra Douglas' son, who they stood behind in federal court in Manhattan today, was also ordered to pay $25,000 in fines and must serve 450 hours of community service.
