Michael Lohan is in deeper water than his daughter. Lindsay Lohan's father was arrested for the second time this week, just hours after his release from prison on battery and domestic violence charges.
The Lohan family patriarch violated the terms of his release from jail by calling his ex Kate Major on the phone after a fight they had two days ago landed him behind bars on battery charges, Radar Online reports.

The Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office decided to arrest Michael for the violation, and when they went to his motel room, Michael jumped from a third story balcony and tried to flee from officers, but was quickly apprehended after the "foot chase."
The 51-year-old broke his foot in the incident, according to Tampa police.

On the scene, an agitated Michael told the cameraman that Kate “baited” him into calling her by claiming she was about to be evicted from her apartment.
