Merely one day after Lindsay Lohan's court appearance which left her leaving the courtroom in handcuffs for violating probation, her dad Michael Lohan is speaking out. In an exclusive interview he stated, "She's an addict, she doesn't care and she's in denial." The judge revoked Lindsay's probation and sent her back into pustody but her bondsman posted the $100,000 bail and within a few hours she was released.

According to RadarOnline, Michael told HLN Issues he thinks his daughter's brown teeth were a result of smoking drugs. "She's smoking either crack or meth, either one or the other. I'm not going to shade it."
Plus, he says if she doesn't watch her step, she'll wind up in a morgue! He added, "I want her in a treatment program for a year. Nothing is going to change in her life. She's going to be appearing before judges in the future if she doesn't get help, instead of doing community service in the morgue she's going to wind up in the morgue!"

The Celebrity Rehab star also added that when he has tried to address her addiction problems in the past, she denies she needs help. He recalls, "Daddy, I'm fine, she tells me and then says, 'I'm worried about you.'"
As for the remedy? Michael says Lindsay should clean house and delete people from her life who aren't helping her. "Lindsay needs to get rid of the enablers and have a sober coach around her who holds her responsible for her actions. In fact, he told RadarOnline he's going to follow up to talk to the judge and his daughter's lawyer to try to get her the help she needs. "My number one priority is making sure Lindsay goes into treatment so she can get off the medication she's on."
