Sydney's The Daily Telegraph says Larry Williams, a resident of the Virgin Islands, is set to return to L.A. on Wednesday.
''I will fight this and win,'' he was quoted as saying before he was escorted from court by sheriffs. ''I will be back – I have a lot of friends here in Australia.''
Michelle has had a tough year, after losing the father of her 3-year-old daughter Matilda, ex Heath Ledger, in January to an accidental overdose of prescription drugs. Since then she's also had to fight for Matilda to benefit from Heath's will, which was drawn up before his daughter's birth.
