Ryan Gosling totally had Michelle Williams' back as they walked down the theater aisle last night at the NYC premiere of Blue Valentine, hosted by Quintessentially and held at The Museum of Modern Art. Michelle's velvety dress bow even seemed to coordinate with Ryan's suit jacket!

Michelle and Ryan were so dedicated to their roles in Blue Valentine, that of a young married couple who see their love go from sublime to nonexistent, that they moved into a house in Pennsylvania for four weeks with Faith Wladyka, who played their daughter.
