Miley Cyrus has returned to Twitter to keep her fans updated on her current Gypsy Heart tour! The 18-year-old crooner is setting goals for herself and keeping fans entertained with upbeat messages. She also shared that while she adores her followers, she also returned to Twitter to do some following of her own — of the Charlie Sheen.
Miley brought back her Twitter over the weekend, making the @gypsyhearttour her official page.

"Yo guys! Its MC! Thank you so much for my KCA! PS I am taking over the Gypsy Heart twitter! Gotta keep ya posted on tour come see me!" she Tweeted.
But as for her ulterior motive, who better to convince someone to join the Twitterverse than the warlock himself.

Miley also has been Tweeting up a storm about ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth who she is reportedly dating again. Liam is allegedly on tour with Miley, but will be headed to the back to work very soon as he just landed the role of Gale Hawthorne in The Hunger Games.
