Miley Cyrus Flashes Peace Signs in L.A.

The freshly tattooed Miley Cyrus was all smiles in L.A. yesterday. Miley was flashing peace signs left and right while she rocked a Harley Davidson tee and biker boots. Miley has been hard at work on her new flick (also starring Kelly Osbourne!) So Undercover. The two have been bonding and become super close while filming too!

Miley was just spotted sporting her fifth (first legal) tattoo on her rib cage! According to RadarOnline, Miley's tat is a dream catcher to protect her brothers and sisters. Her other tats include the phrase "Just Breathe" on her left rib cage, "love" on her ear and a cross and heart on her fingers
