On Wednesday, Miley Cyrus proved why she's one of the most intriguing fashion icons of our time. The singer stopped by Samy's Camera in West Hollywood before getting lunch at Panera Bread in Studio City, Calif. in a faded black tee, long turquoise and silver necklace and what appears to be a giant fur key chain. But what really completed the look was a jewel glued to the middle of the singer's forehead.

This isn't the first time Miley has been spotted rocking a bedazzled brow. Although we must say, she was outdone when Willow Smith upped her shine with bejeweled eyes and lips in her "Whip My Hair" music video.
