On Wednesday, Miley Cyrus proved why she's one of the most intriguing fashion icons of our time. The singer stopped by Samy's Camera in West Hollywood before getting lunch at Panera Bread in Studio City, Calif. in a faded black tee, long turquoise and silver necklace and what appears to be a giant fur key chain. But what really completed the look was a jewel glued to the middle of the singer's forehead.
