"We have a house together and dogs. It just seems right to be wearing this ring and to be committed," Miley says in the June issue of Elle UK. "But we keep our relationship low-key and don't talk about it anymore."

Miley and Liam first met in 2010 and they got engaged last May, but there have been constant rumors the two are no longer an item.
So does her Elle UK interview clear up the confusion? Perhaps, but the problem is that there's no telling when Miley did it—magazine interviews often often take place months before an issue hits newsstands.
But in March, Miley also took to Twitter to refute rumors that she called off her wedding.
