Miley Cyrus and newly single mom Tish Cyrus stepped out for a quick brunch at Bea Bea's in Burbank, Calif. yesterday morning. Billy Ray Cyrus' GQ interview hit stands this week, revealing tons of hidden family problems that have surfaced and are now just coming out. Billy Ray even went as far as to say that Hannah Montana "destroyed his family."
