'Million Dollar Baby' Star Hilary Swank Lists Mansion For Almost $10 Million

Million Dollar Baby star Hilary Swank has put her Pacific Palisades, Calif. mansion up for sale to the sweet tune of $9.495 million!

If she sells it for the asking price, she'll make a pretty penny on the deal. As per RadarOnline, back in 2007 she purchased it for $5.8 million.

How's this for the digs? It sprawls across one-third of an acre and has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms among dark beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, a home theater, gym, guest room and a pool. As for the master suite, it boasts a walk-in closet, huge bathroom and an attached terrace.

The views itself sound stunning since the Spanish-tiled roof home provides views of the Pacific and downtown L.A. as well.
