OK!: What can fans expect from the new season of Million Dollar Listing?

Ryan Serhant: Bigger listings, bigger deals, bigger drama.  The real estate market in NY is on fire, and the show catches that.  We are all selling multi-million dollar properties every day and fighting tooth and nail to get the deals done. Also, more nudity.

RS: There are no rules in real estate.  Sometimes you have to throw an elbow to get a deal done.  I wouldn't do it if it hadn't been done to me 1000 times.  If you don't like it, go teach gym.

OK!: Wednesday's episode covers Hurricane Sandy—how did it affect business?

RS: Hurricane Sandy was such a tragic event for everyone on the East Coast.  It knocked out power and flooded many building in New York, but we didn't have it half as bad as many other people did.  It slowed business a little bit, but New Yorkers are resilient.  We take punches in our sleep and still wake up refreshed.  I thought the downtown market would take a plunge, but it's been on fire like everything else.

OK!: If you weren't a realtor what else would you be doing?

RS: I'd be....I really don't know.  I never had a plan B.  I think that's why I do better than anyone else.  When there's no safety net, you have to succeed right? The alternative isn't pretty.

OK!: Do you ever want to do more acting?

RS: I will do anything.  I've said Yes to everything since I was a little kid.  If the opportunity is right for me, then bring it on.

PHOTOS: BIGGEST CELEBRITY HOME SALES

OK!: What's the most expensive home you've ever sold or bought for a client?

RS: $22 Million. But the real money in New York isn't in selling big properties - it's in selling new condo developments.  One condo project could have a $50 or a $150 million dollar sellout.  I sold $68 million at 99 John Street in 2011.

OK!: Which celebrity would you like to be an agent for?

RS: Emmy Rossum
