If we were to go on the cuddly antics of Minka Kelly and Leighton Meester on the red carpet, we'd think they were starring in some feel good chick flick! But nope, these two lovely ladies, while clearly great pals in real life, are frenemies to the extreme in their new thriller The Roommate. The two gals took advantage of their true feelings for each other on the red carpet for a screening of the flick in West Hollywood on Sunday.

The movie centers around that very familiar college relationship — getting a random roommate who moves in and becomes a big part of your daily life on campus.

But in The Roommate, this new friend, played by Minka, becomes a bit of a problem when she loses her mind over Leighton. Co-stars Matt Lanter and Danneel Harris also showed up to support their project, while Cam Gigandet and Aly Michalka had to skip the appearance.
