Miracle Reunion: Tornado Victim Finds Her Missing 'Best Friend' During Live Interview

Barbara Garcia was clutching her dog in the bathroom of her home in Moore, Oklahoma, yesterday as a deadly tornado twisted its way toward them. When it hit, the walls of her bathroom blew apart and she lost track of the pet she calls her "best friend."

During the above live interview with CBS, Barbara described what happened and seemed stoic—until the reporter noticed a dog struggling beneath the rubble next to them. Miraculously, it was Garcia's pooch, and she ripped at the debris until she could finally free it.

“Oh puppy, oh baby,” cried Garcia. “Bless your little bitty heart!”
“I thought God just answered one prayer, 'Let me be OK,’ ” she told the reporter. “He answered both of them.”
