Yes, Carrie Prejean is still in the news, this time for something even racier than getting her breast implants paid for: TMZ reports that the existence of a XXX tape featuring the dethroned queen has caused her drop her $1 million demand in the settlement with Miss California USA Pageant officials.
TMZ says a lawyer for the pageant officials showed Carrie the tape, and that it took 15 seconds for her to essentially walk away with nothing. The officials will be paying around $100,000 for her legal and publicist bills.

So what's on the tape? According to TMZ, the tape is "extremely graphic and has never been released publicly." They claim to have obtained the video months ago but that it was too "racy" to post, but that "Carrie has a promising solo career."
