Michael Jackson biographer Ian Halperin says in a new interview that while police are looking into the pop star's death "possibly" as a homicide, charges "will be" coming against three suspects.
Halperin, author of recently released bok Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson, tells PopEater that the sources he spoke with didn't exactly say "homicide" in MJ's case, but that there are three primary suspects.

"I think it's safe to assume it's the doctors," Halperin told PopEater. "There's two doctors and then one other person... I'm convinced, based on information from my source, that yes, homicide or not, there will be charges laid against certain people for acting inappropriately and illegally."
So what will happen shold the LAPD start pressing criminal charges against anyone involved?
"Mayhem," surmises Halperin.
