Name of Kate Middleton's Topless Photographer Revealed to Authorities

The series of photos of a topless Duchess of Cambridge was certainly a scandal that rocked the royal palace several weeks ago. Well, the name of the photographer has been identified and released to authorities.

According to RadarOnline, French authorities have been informed the name of the male photog who took the Kate Middleton photos which were first published in Closer magazine. Public prosecutor Marie-Christine Daubigney said, “This new information regarding the photographer will be passed on to investigating magistrates."

So, what will happen next, you ask? If the photographer is found guilty of snapping the photos in which she wasn't fully clothed, he can be jailed for up to one year and fined a hefty fee of almost $60,000!
It sounds like the photographer was hired specifically to take shots of her at the Chateau d'Autet in Provance sinc ethe editor confirmed the magazine hired a freelance photographer to take Kate's photos during her vacation.
