After the somewhat surprising news that sugary sweet Disney star Hilary Duff has been cast in a new spin on the Bonnie and Clyde tale (aptly titled The Story of Bonnie and Clyde), Faye Dunaway seems to have gotten her younger counterpart's feathers all ruffled by voicing her thoughts on the actress choice.
"Couldn't they at least cast a real actress?" Faye, the original Bonnie, wondered last week after the Hilary casting choice was revealed.

Throwing any respect for her elders aside, Hilary is now fighting back, telling E's Daily 10, “I think that my fans that are going to go see the movie don't even know who she is, so you know…. I think it was a little unnecessary but I might be mad if I looked like that now too."
Meow! Your move, Ms. Dunaway.
