Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey eventually confirmed they are expecting, then confirmed they are expecting twins and now they're confirming they're expecting a boy and a girl!

According to E! News, Mariah and Nick are expecting twins between late April and early May and now have some more good news to share.

Recent reports stated Mariah announced the couple is expecting both a boy and a girl and Nick has confirmed the news to E! News!
