Nick Lachey wants to be a dad very soon! The singer doesn't want to waste any time when it comes to having kids with new wife Vanessa Minnillo!
"I'm doing everything I can," Nick told E! News about trying to get Vanessa pregnant while promoting his reality competition show, NBC's The Sing-Off. "Trust me, it would make me happy. Family is very important. It's very important to us. And I'm sure that will be around the corner."

The couple's recent island nuptials — they married on July 15 — were broadcast in a TLC special last Sunday.
So how is married life?
"It's great. Obviously we're still in the honeymoon period. Not much changed, which, for me, is a good thing," he shared. "We've been together five years. We were very comfortable in our relationship before the marriage."
