Maybe they were laughing because they had an unexpected run-in with Nick's ex-wife Jessica Simpson and her current beau Eric Johnson. Or maybe the couples planned a joint dinner date?
Jess acted very lovey dovey with Eric, possibly playing up the romance because of Nick.
