The moment from last night's American Idol everyone is buzzing about is when young Symone Black passed out.

Just moments after singing on the Idol stage and talking to judges Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez, Symone's eyes rolled into the back of her head, and she not only passed out but fell right off the stage.

Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe told reporters, "I was right by Symone Black, and it was almost like slow motion." Everyone watching was just in shock as even the cameraman tried to catch her, but couldn't get there in time.

"The cameraman watched it happen just below the stage. You see her wobble and her eyes drop into the back of her head and she falls," Nigel said. "The cameraman, bless him, tries to dive to catch her because he's on the floor on his knees, and he doesn't get there and knocks his camera. It falls on top of him. I'm shouting for medics and it's scary, to be frank."

The question everyone wants to know, "Is Symone Black okay?" And Idol left everyone hanging at the conclusion of the episode and not in a good way.

Nigel didn't help matters when he joked about it on his Twitter, "It's not a "cliffhanger." She didn't hang, she fell. #idol"

Well if Nigel wants ratings, that is definitely what he is going to get.

Tune into American Idol tonight for the conclusion at 8 p.m. on FOX.
