More good news for Britney Spears, whose Circus tour and new album have already seen big success: The pop star has brokered a new custody agreement with her ex, Kevin Federline, and will have sons Sean Preston and Jayden James more than 50 percent of the time this summer.
TMZ reports that lawyers for the Britster and K-Fed filed documents with family law Commissioner Scott Gordon with the new temporary custody agreement. In June, July and August, Britney has physical custody of the boys more than 50 percent. The laywers also outlined a calendar detailing who Sean and JJ will be with on any given day.
