No Prenup Made Between Larry King and His Wife

Access Hollywood reports Larry King and his Shawn Southwick did not have a prenup.

Larry and Shawn both filed for divorce on Wednesday, but Larry's attorney confirmed to Access Hollywood that the two did not have a prenup.

However, he did say they have another agreement between them, but he could not go into details of it.

“He wants this to be an amicable divorce,” Larry lawyer said.

“His major concern is the welfare of his children,” Larry's rep told Access Wednesday. “Beyond that he is not commenting about the divorce.”

The couple have two children together.
