Lindsay Lohan's lawyer is still Shawn Chapman Holley, a source close to the case tells OK!. But Lindsay and her lawyer are having a difference of opinion.

"Shawn is still the attorney of record as far as the judge is concerned," a source close to the case tells OK!. "The judge will not let her off of Lindsay's case until a substitution of attorney is filed and a replacement is named. At this time, Shawn has submitted her resignation from the case - it just has not been accepted."
