Singer Sheryl Crow, 44, was thrilled to chat with OK! about her new role as spokesperson for Revlon Colorist, a fade-resistant hair color treatment, at the New York City launch on Jan. 29. When Ron Pearlman, the head of Revlon asked her to become involved, she immediately agreed. ‘I loved the breast cancer aspect of it,’ Sheryl, a breast cancer survivor herself, tells OK! ‘He’s done so much amazing work through the Revlon/UCLA Women’s Cancer Research Fund. They were responsible for finding Herceptin, which is a new way of treating cancer and it really changed things. When questioned about other important matters such as her hair, the singer replied ‘I don’t know exactly what my real hair color is, but this Revlon product is nice!’
