March 19 2009, Published 6:29 a.m. ET
On Monday night, March 16, Steve-O had to sit out on Dancing With The Stars because of the injury he suffered during dance rehearsals earlier that day.
“He has a hematoma,” dancing partner Lacey Schwimmer tells OK! exclusively at the What Goes Around Comes Around store launch in Hollywood on Wednesday night.
The 34-year-old was already nursing a pinched nerve in his back, and is now dealing with internal bleeding because of the mishap.

“This morning he has a doctors appointment,” says Lacey. “If the doctor says, ‘It’s okay to dance,’ then we are in the studio.”
The next episode of Dancing With The Stars will air on Monday, March 23 on ABC.
