This morning he stopped by Live with Kelly and Michael in NYC, promoting the current season of The Vampire Diaries and also, simultaneously, his beautiful self, and he literallly got MOBBED by female fans outside the show's studio. But in true Ian fashion (speaking of fashion, he's rockin 3x1 jeans), he took the time to chat with them and even took selfies with a few lucky ladies. Jealous.
