While the entire cast of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire was in Los Angeles last night at the premiere of the film, some other stars were looking just as fab in NYC. One of those stars is Ne-Yo, the sexy singer who attended Fabulous' "Great Fabsby" themed birthday party at Jazz Room at The General. Lookin' straight out of 1929, that Ne-Yo:

It was quite the hip hop party, actually, as Swizz Beats, Meek Mill and others also attended, but clearly Ne-Yo is the hottest of the bunch. If you disagree, just go Google any of his music videos, like his one with Cher Lloyd, or Celine Dion, or Pitbull, or...you get the point.
