Oscar Nominee Naomi Watts On Living a Grounded Life: "I Do My Own Laundry"
Feb. 5 2013, Published 10:03 a.m. ET
She has the means to have any lifestyle she wants, but Naomi Watts, 44, would prefer to do things herself—well when she can that is.
The busy Oscar nominee who is up for Best Actress for her lead role in Impossible says she does her own household chores.
"I do my own laundry, but I sometimes have help," she admitted to journalists at The Hollywood Reporter Nominees Reception at Spago Restaurant in Beverly Hills.
"I cook. I definitely don't have a chef," she added. But the mom of two to Alexander, 6, and Samuel, 5, with her longtime partner Liev Schreiber, 45, says sometimes she does get some assistance with those things when she doesn't "make it home in time."

"It's pretty exhausting," she said.
However she also thinks, "It's so great, it's the best thing. Most high rewards you can have in anything, but it's definitely exhausting being a mom."
