Kari Ann Peniche, the disgraced beauty queen who recently snuck back into the spotlight as the co-star of a raunchy video starring Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, has given her first proper TV interview since the scandal broke last week, and not surprisingly, she has a lot to say.

In the interview, set to air in two parts on Monday and Tuesday on E! News, Kari Ann gets very candid about how the tape was made, how she heard about it getting leaked — and why she thinks former roommate, country singer Mindy McCready is responsible for the leak.

On finding out about the tape's release from Eric Dane:

"I just got a call from Eric. He was obviously upset, asking me something about Mindy McCready, and that's when I was like I should go home and check to see what this is about."

On being contacted by Dane's attorney:

"I got a call from Eric's lawyers and Eric, and they said, 'You know the video we did? Somebody has it, and what do we have to do to get it back?'"

On being accused of leaking the video:

"If I was going to leak it, I would have done that a long time ago. If someone else was going to leak it they would have done it a long time ago… I would never leak this tape."

On being the reported focus of a LAPD investigation:

"Nobody raided my house. I haven't had any contact with LAPD."

On if she is concerned or worried about the possibility of criminal charges:

"Not really."

On her friendship with Gayheart:

"Rebecca and I hit it off. She's really funny. She's a really cool girl, and, I don't know, we just had a lot of fun."

To see the complete interview, tune into E! News on Monday, Aug. 24 and Tuesday, Aug. 25 at 7pm and 11:30pm ET/PT.
