While David Arquette feels it's appropriate to go on Howard Stern's show (twice!) and reveal intimate details about his relationship with Courteney Cox and others, do not ask his sister Patricia Arquette even the tamest questions about her brother. The Medium star, who was being honored at a ONEXONE Fundraiser in NYC on Wednesday, went off on reporters after being asked a slew of questions surrounding David.

The first few times Patricia tried to steer the conversation back to charity and insisted, "I don't want to be in 5th grade anymore. I don't want to be in junior high school talking about other people's business!"

Patricia did take the opportunity to defend her brother a little, as long as it didn't involve Courteney or any other third parties.

"David is pure and you don't meet that many pure good people in your life that actually want people to do great," Patricia told reporters. "But that's not to say bad about anybody else. I don't want to comment on anybody else."

She was also able to get a few words in about her charity work. Patricia told reporters that things like ONEXONE matter to her so much because, "When you’re watching a woman in labor covered in chigger bites and eight inches of water in a tent camp giving birth with no pain killers, this is real. This is human experience and we have to teach the rest of the world."

But when the conversation once again returned to David and Courteney, this time focused on the well-being of their daughter CoCo, Patricia had had enough.

She snapped to reporters, "How are you doing? How’s your kid? Have you ever had anything happen in your life? What’s the worse thing that you’ve had happen to you? Have you ever masturbated? Have you ever had an abortion? I mean, can you imagine these kinds of questions! Can you imagine that people think that’s all right. It’s not all right. It’s not all right."

The star continued: "It would be one thing if I was going to a party that was about gossip. I am here about a very important charity. These people are doing incredible things in the world. It’s like crazy to me. It’s like looking at everything that’s wrong in the world. This is a moment. And we show up for the moment or we don’t. We have to live with that choice and we each have to choose if we’re going to come from the light and do something that matters in the world. And you know what, everybody’s human."

"I don’t know who here should live in a glass house that made every right choice and that everybody understands. Who’s business is it anyways. This is the world. We’re talking about helping human beings, saving people’s lives, doing important work. And you know what, we’re hear to celebrate all the people that do give money to charity and the work that happens with that money. Those people, they really care about what happens with their money. And those people, gave that money for something good to happen. Not to talk about a bunch of crap."

She went on to tell reporters, "Every day, everything you do as a mom is an impact and sets an example good or bad."

We wonder what kind of example Patricia was hoping to set by lashing out at reporters?
