Paz de la Huerta from HBO's Boardwalk Empire has officially been charged with assault and other counts after allegedly punching MTV's The City star Samantha Swetra.

The New York Post reports that Paz and Samantha allegedly got into a fight at The Standard Hotel in NYC on March 20.
Paz allegedly threw glass and punched Samantha in the face after she reportedly said some snide comments to Paz.

According to prosecutors, Samantha claims she got a bloody nose and bruised mouth from Paz.
The Boardwalk Empire star was charged in Manhattan Criminal Court with criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault and harassment.
