After Petra Nemcova and Dmitry Chaplin tore up the dance floor on last night's Dancing With the Stars with a sizzling Paso Doble (yes, he tore off her skirt again at the end!), the already slim model spoke to us about losing weight, nightmares and good ol' fashioned vitamins.

Petra told OK!, "I'm definitely losing weight. This dress used to fit and I had to take a safety pin and take so much out of it." Even though she's slimming down based on all of the cardio workouts and rehearsals, she's noticing her body physically changed like gaining stronger calves from the Paso Doble.
"So much stronger. Everything. Every dance gives you different muscles So Paso gives you calves and ummm, Jive gives you back muscles. Every week it’s different muscles and different bruises on different parts of your body."

Plus, she's noticing the strength she's gaining in her core doesn't equate to full on strength with posture. "So my goal would be to keep the muscles around my back especially to hold everything straight and to keep my pelvis opened up more, because before it was causing me to arch a lot and causing me pain. She's not done yet, though since another goal is to not gain weight. She added, "I’m curious what will happen because every work out, six hours a day, when you stop doing that, what will happen then?"

Concerned about going back to eating a different regimen again after the show wraps and dealing with the "dramatic change" she told OK!, "I have to keep on dancing the rest of my life!"

It sounds like the show's been on her brain since Petra has dreams — check that, nightmares — about dancing! Her body was in a lot of pain a few days ago to the point where she kept screaming in her dreams. "My fiancé was waking up like, ‘Are you ok?' I was dreaming about the dancing, like nervous about it." And although she doesn't take painkillers to curb the pain, her acupuncturist gave her a regimen and she takes vitamin C for her joints.
