The normally fashion-forward cast of Gossip Girl took a big step back in time on Wednesday when stars Ed Westwick, Penn Badgley, Blake Lively and Hilary Duff slipped into some retro 1920s duds while filming a scene for an upcoming episode on the streets of Manhattan.
