Jon Gosselin prepared to put in his prescribed two hours of quality time for the birthday of his twin daughters, Cara and Mady, on Thursday.

The reality TV dad and scandal magnet carried a cake for his girls as he left his NYC apartment on his way to the birthday festivities.
