Just when I think I've seen it all from the Kardashians, one of them goes and does something like, well, this.
Behold Kim's unconventional photo shoot for CR Fashion Book, the edgy fashion magazine from former Vogue Paris editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld. In the pictorial, the reality star, who was still pregnant with baby North at the time, poses for Karl Lagerfeld donning some seriously smudged lips, a gold grill and what appears to be a baseball cap with a black lace veil.

Despite being very preggers at the time of the shoot, you won't find any of these looks at A Pea in The Pod. Vintage Chanel jackets, a Commes de Garçon jumpsuit and a Celine dress all take center stage to drape Kim's baby bump.
This is going to make for one interesting page in Nori's baby book.
