To some celebs, being hospitalized is a real drag but when Pink caught a bad case of the stomach flu, from the looks of yesterday's Twitter pic, she seems to be all smiles.

Pink posted a pic of herself as an IV was attached to her arm. She wrote, “Maybe it’s cause my mom was an ER nurse all my life- but throw me in a gown and a hook me up to an IV- and I’m a happy girl."

Then she added, "Thanks for all the get well wishes. And no-they don't give morphine for flu. I might have ulcers again. Because I care too much. It's a gift"
Normally we'd wish Pink a speedy recovery but it looks like she's enjoying her stint in the hospital!
