Holly Madison has confessed on her blog that she's making her own pills. Placenta pills. “This might sound gross, but I’m totally planning on having my placenta turned into pills I can take after giving birth,“ the former Playboy playmate wrote. “I heard it helps women recover faster and I want to recover as quickly as I can!"
After giving birth, a woman's placenta is dehydrated and made into vitamins or pills. Well, it is probably easier to swallow a pill than eat a placenta omelet, right?

Anyway, Holly, who is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella, isn't the only star who has popped her placenta in pill form. January Jones did the same when she gave birth to Xander Dane in 2011. The Mad Men star explained at the time that she was "very hesitant" about doing it, but now she would "suggest it to all moms."
