Prince William bumped into some funny characters in London today, on his way with dad Prince Charles to attend the 18th annual ICAP Charity Day. Some costumed fans made sure to take a few pictures of the newly-engaged royal, and he seemed to be getting a kick out of the attention!

The money raised from ICAP's Charity Day are distributed to over 200 different charities worldwide. Since its inception in 1993, ICAP has supported more than 800 charities globally.
