Project Runway judge and Marie Claire fashion editor Nina Garcia is expecting her second child with husband David Conrad, and her excited friends at Project Runway Tweeted the big news!
The big announcement comes just a couple of weeks before the season premiere of the fashion reality show, now on Lifetime!
