R-Pattz's BFF Joins Kristen 'On the Road'

Hopefully this doesn't cause too much jealously between best friends! Robert Pattinson's pal Tom Sturridge has joined Kristen Stewart on her new film, On the Road.

Photos of Kristen and Tom hanging out in Montreal made their way onto the Web this week, making fans wonder what those two were doing together!

Well, Gossip Cop has confirmed that Tom has joined the cast of On the Road.

“He is filming in Canada at the moment for On The Road,” a rep for Tom said.

What role Tom has taken on is still unknown, but Kristen is playing the part of Marylou, the young wife of Dean Moriarty (Garrett Hedlund) in the movie adaptation Jack Kerouac’s novel On the Road.

Now the real question is when will R-Pattz head to Montreal to visit them?
