Randy and Evi Quaid have found themselves thrown in jail after deciding to finally show up to court.

Radar Online reports the Quaids showed up in court Monday morning with their attorney Robert Sanger and a bail bondsman.

A warrant had been issued for their arrest after they failed to appear in court for their charges of defrauding an Inn keeper.

"The court was angry," Santa Barbara District Attorney Arnie Tolks said. "Judge Ochoa told the Quaids that he felt they'd been disrespectful and brought up the last time they came to court flashing their Golden Globe award. The Quaids apologized and told him that they didn’t mean to be disrespectful."

However, there apologies were not accepted and he judge order them to jail and set the bail at $100,000. The good news is they received a $20,000 credit based on bail they had previously paid.

The Quaid's have a mandatory hearing set for Wednesday.

"They have been ordered to court on Wednesday for a bail hearing and preliminary hearing setting," Tolks said.

Since the Quaids have been dodging their court dates up until now, lets hope this means their ready to put an end to it!
